Horseshoe Glamping Exclusive Events & Luxury Bell Tent Hire | Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to onsite event bookings at Horseshoe Glamping with a minimum of 15 guests attending. By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Booking and Minimum Guest Requirement:

• A minimum of 15 guests is required for onsite event bookings at Horseshoe Glamping.

2. Charge per Guest (Without Accommodation):

• The charge per guest attending without accommodation is [Specify the Amount].

3. Payment Terms:

• Full payment for the event is due one week prior to the scheduled event date.

• No changes can be made to the booking one week prior to the event date, and full payment is non-refundable.

4. Deposit:

• A deposit is required to secure the booking of the event date.

• The deposit amount is 25% of the total booking amount at the point of booking. 

• Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Booking Rescheduling:

• Bookings can be rescheduled to another date within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

• The rescheduled booking must be made at least 60 days before the original event date.

• A rescheduling fee of £50 may apply.

6. Event Cancellation:

• In the event of cancellation by the guest, the full payment and deposit are non-refundable.

• Horseshoe Glamping reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.

7. Guest Responsibilities:

• Guests are responsible for the conduct of all attendees and must comply with Horseshoe Glamping's rules and regulations.

• Any damage to Horseshoe Glamping property caused by the guests will be charged to the booking party.

8. Facilities and Amenities:

• Guests are expected to use all facilities and amenities responsibly.

• Horseshoe Glamping is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event. The event host has sole access and management of the site and the held event. 

9. Force Majeure:

• Horseshoe Glamping is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment:

• By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
